Another weight loss blog

I'm another girl unhappy with her weight and this is where i will blog what i eat and find inspiration to shed the pounds, i am from the UK and my goal weight is 120 pounds (8 stone) i am currently 9st 9lb pounds but was 150 so im getting there, the healthy way though. Wish me luck, support is always welcome!

I’ve overcome mild BED and I’m eating much healthier and working out much more. I’m finally in shape, and now I’m just setting up to lose my last 10 or so pounds. I’ve worked so hard just to get to this point, and since I’m not 100% happy and in love with my body I’m going to lose another few pounds - my new goal weight being 112-117 ish. (That is not at all unhealthy for my height - 5’2”. The medically healthy and suggested weight is between 104 and 134.) I just want to get rid of that last little stomach bump I’ve got and then I’m onto maintaining and toning!!
So good luck to you ladies, I just wanted to tell you that you CAN do this. I haven’t lost anything like 100 pounds or anything, but I’m getting close to about -30lbs and aim for -40lbs in the next few weeks. You can acheive your goals and dreams if you just put in the work. Stay strong, I love you all. If any of you need tips, advice, recipes, workouts or ANYTHING, feel free to contact me in any way you feel comfortable.

Ive been so bad recently, put on a couple of pounds :/

I need to detox or something, after this weekend cos im visiting friends from uni. 
Going to do this lose 10lb in 10 days when im back see how it goes, feeling like shit right now. Gonna go for a short jog to clear my head. Fuck sake.
